Mr. Scott "Chad" Chadwick Lewis, age 41, of Nashville, TN passed away Saturday, March 16, 2013 in Nashville. He was born June 6, 1971 in Dickson, TN, to Scott Lafayette Lewis and Nancy Jean Bell Lewis. He was a graduate of Waverly Central High School. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Chad was a server for Calhoun's Restaurant in Nashville, TN. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, March 19, 2013, from 11 a.m. until funeral service time at 2 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Bro. Joe James will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Richlawn Cemetery in Waverly, TN.
