Mrs. Laura "Jean" Stewart Rye, age 85 of McEwen, TN, passed away Friday, October 26, 2012. Mrs. Jean Rye was the retired owner of P & G Grocery in McEwen, TN. She was born February 4, 1927 in McEwen, TN. Visitation with the family will be from 5-9 p.m. Saturday, October 27, 2012, and 11 a.m. until funeral service time at 2 p.m., Sunday, October, 28, 2012, at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen, TN. Rev. Tony Curtis will be officiating. Interment will follow in the McEwen Cemetery in McEwen, TN.
