Rachel Elizabeth Bowen

Miss Rachel Elizabeth Bowen, age 33, of New Johnsonville, TN, passed away Sunday, September 23, 2012, in Waverly, TN. She was born in Nashville, TN, on December 26, 1978, to William Howard and Earlene Elizabeth Slate Bowen. Miss Bowen was a graduate of Waverly Central High School Class of 1998. She was a former dental assistant. She was a member of Friendship World Outreach in Waverly, TN. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Friday, September 28, 2012, at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Interment of cremains will follow the service in the Richlawn Cemetery in Waverly, TN. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Hope Center for Women, P.O. Box 906, Waverly, TN 37185.
