Mrs. Betty Lou Cogdill Holland, age 82, of McEwen, TN, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2012 in Dickson, TN. She was born November 6, 1929 in McEwen, TN to Edwin Alfred and Ruby Lee Berryman Cogdill. She was married to Monroe Holland of McEwen. She was the retired owner of McEwen Dry Goods and Cash & Carry Bi-Rite in McEwen, TN. Mrs. Holland was a member of Indian Creek Methodist Church in McEwen, TN. Visitation with the family will be Monday, September 10, 2012, from 3-9 PM and Tuesday, September 11, 2012, from 9 AM until funeral service time at 11 AM, at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen, TN. Interment will follow in the Holland-Rumsey Cemetery in McEwen, TN.
