Mrs. Vickie Lynn Hooper Lowe, age 51, of Waverly, TN, passed away Saturday, July 28, 2012, at her home. Vickie was born July 31, 1960 to Willie Lee and Hester Pauline Damesworth Hooper. She was a supervisor for Tricor and a member of the HEY HEY Women's Club. Visitation with the family will be 5-9 PM Sunday, July 29, 2012 and 11 AM until funeral service time at 1 PM on Monday, July 30, 2012, at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Pastor Daron Brown will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Smith-Damesworth Cemetery in Waverly, TN. Survivors include: Husband: Richard "R.
