Mary Lou McCarson

Mrs. Mary Lou Winters McCarson, age 86, of Waverly, died Thursday, February 23, 2012 at her home. She was born January 16, 1926 in Waverly, TN. She was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church in Waverly, TN. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was an avid cook and loved cooking for family, friends, and especially church socials. Visitation with the family will be from 12-2 P.M. Sunday, February 26, 2012, with funeral services following at 2 P.M., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Rev. Fred Jones will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in the Gorman Cemetery in McEwen, TN. Survivors include: Daughter: Lillie M.
