Ms. Cynthia "Cindy" Anne Mallard Tate, age 40, of McEwen, TN, died Friday, January 6, 2012, at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN. Ms. Tate was a disabled former packer for E. I. DuPont in New Johnsonville, TN. Visitation with the family will be Monday, January 9, 2012, from 12 P.M. until 9 P.M. and again on Tuesday from 9 A.M. until funeral time at 3 P.M. Funeral services will be held at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen with Pastor Josh Hannah officiating. Burial will be in the Johnson Cemetery on Old Blacktop Road in McEwen. Tate, Knoxville, TN Chase Tate, McEwen, TN Chaz Tate, McEwen, TN Parents: Ricky and Judy Mallard, McEwen, TN Sisters: Kim Russell, (Billy Joe), Waverly, TN Julie Mallard-Boatman, McEwen, TN Brother: Ricky "BB" Mallard (Gina), Camden, TN Grandmothers: Martha Sutton, McEwen, TN Julia Mallard Sugg, McEwen, TN Nieces and Nephews: Jamie Brown, Rachael Brown, Tori Brown, Nessa Brown, Skylar "Baby Ky Ky" Boatman, and Hayden Boatman Several loving aunts and uncles Preceded in death by 3 Grandfathers: Jack Mallard, Clarence Craft, and Agnew Sutton Preceded in death by cousin: Robert "Rob" Richardson
