Mr. Harry Edward "Bozo" Lowe, age 72 died Tuesday December 20, 2011 at the Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly. Visitation with the family will be Friday December 23, 2011 from 3 P.M. until memorial service at 4 P.M.. The memorial service will be held at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly.
