Ernest Truman Work

Mr. Ernest Truman Work, age 77, of New Johnsonville, TN, died Thursday, December 1, 2011, at his home. He was born in Waverly, TN on March 28, 1934. Mr. Work was a retired welder for Ford Glass Plant in Nashville,TN. He was a United States Air Force Korean War Veteran, a member of the United Auto Workers Union, and Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was an avid fisherman. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, December 3, 2011 from 10:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Graveside services and interment will follow at 2 p.m. at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Waverly, TN. Bro. Joe James will be officiating the service.
