Arthur Dale Pulley, age 59 died Monday October 31, 2011 at his home. Visitation with the family will be Friday November 4, 2011 from 11 A.M. until funeral time at 1 P.M.. Funeral services will be held at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly.
