Mrs. Jewell Juanita Caldwell, age 86 died Wednesday April 27, 2011 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.Visitation with the family will be Saturday, April 30, 2011 from 11 A.M. until funeral time at 2 P.M.
