Mr. Michael Ray "P Nut" Milligan, age 50 died Wednesday July 21, 2010 at Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly.Visitation with the family will be Thursday July 22, 2010 from 4 P.M. until 9 P.M. and Friday from 9 A.M. until funeral time at 4 P.M.Funeral sevices will be held at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly with Mr. Waddell Lee officiating.Burial will be in the Richlawn Cemetery.Survivors include; Mother:Dot Milligan Waverly,TN Brother:Mark "Duck" Milligan(Judy) Waverly,TN Sisters:Karen Robbins Pauls Valley,OK Donna Smith(Noel) Waverly,TN Sara Williams(Bobby) Waverly,TN Uncle:James E.
