Mrs. Betty Sue Runions Russell, age 73 died Tuesday July 13, 2010 at her residence in Waverly.Visitation with the family will be Thursday July 15, 2010 from 3:30 P.M. until 8 P.M. and Friday from 10 A.M. until funeral time at 11 A.M.Funeral services will be held at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly with Bro.
