He was preceded in death by his parents; Henry Lurton and Lillie Katherine Brown Durham, 2 brothers; Bobby Durham and Alton Durham. Survivors include his wife; Martha Jane Davis Durham, McEwen, TN, 1 son; Timmy Durham (Leticia M.), Waverly, TN, 2 daughters; Tammy Woods (Randy), McEwen, TN, and Tonya Durham, McEwen, TN, 2 brothers; Glen Durham (Betty), McEwen, TN, Jerry Durham (Sylvia), McEwen, TN, 4 sisters; Gladys Hinkle, Munford, AL, Margaret Patterson, McEwen, TN, Carlene Davis (John Henry), McEwen, TN, Joyce Boyd (Jim), Clarksville, TN, mother-in-law; Dorothy Davis, McEwen, TN, 2 sisters-in-law; Sue Durham, Surprise, AZ, and Rosemary Durham Tate (Sammy), McEwen, TN, 5 grandchildren; Lindsey Durham, Chad Durham, Kenny Woods, Austin Woods, and Jay Dee Franklin, several nieces and nephews. Mr. Durham was a self-employed masonry worker and a member of McEwen Church of Christ. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, December 2, 2009 from 3-9 PM and Thursday, December 3, 2009 from 9 AM until funeral service time at 11 AM, at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Bro. Jim Suddeath and Bro. Hoby Grace will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Doughten-Long-Pickard Cemetery in McEwen, TN.
