Marcella Gabriella Lidia Lagan Ladd

Mrs. Marcella Gabriella Lidia Lagan Ladd, age 60, of Waverly, TN, died Thursday, November 19, 2009 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Mrs. Ladd was born March 3, 1949 in Nashville, TN to the late Bernard Emmitt and Elena Matteucci Lagan. She is survived by husband; Jeffrey Lee Ladd, son; Jeffrey Lee Ladd, II, daughter; Elena LeAnn Ladd, all of Waverly, TN, sister; Mary Margaret Lagan, Dickson, TN, brother Johnny Lagan (Princess), Dickson, TN, nieces; Jennifer Sujdak, Hermitage, TN, Kelly Spelman, Wilmington, NC, and nephew; Jason Lagan, Waverly, TN. Mrs. Ladd was very active in the St. Patrick Catholic Church in McEwen, TN, Humphreys County Relay for Life, American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, March of Dimes, St. Vincent De Paul, and MADD. Visitation with the family will be Friday, November 20, 2009 from 4-9 PM and Saturday from 9-10:30 AM at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen, TN. Rosary service will be held Friday at 7 PM at the funeral home. Funeral mass will be Saturday, November 21, 2009 at 11 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church in McEwen, TN, with Rev. John Sims Baker and Rev. Michael Baltrus officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Patrick Cemetery in McEwen, TN. Pallbearers will be Sam Erwin, Jimmy Ladd, Kevin Wilson, Buford Rachford, Kerry Rachford, and Troy Rachford, II.
