Roy Alvin Brewer

Mr. Roy Alvin Brewer, age 84 died Monday September 28, 2009 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson,Tn. Mr. Brewer Served in the navy during World War Two and was also a retired carpenter.Visitation for Mr. Brewer will be Wednesday September 30 at 12 P.M. until 9 P.M. and Thursday at 9 A.M. until funeral time at 11 A.M. Funeral services will be held at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen with Rev. Jacquie Sojourner officiating. Burial will be held in the McEwen cemetery. Survivors include son Alvin Brewer(Sharon) of Hurricane Mills, Daughters Mary Wills(Harold) Waverly Susan Beasley of Chattanooga,Holly Brewer of McEwen.Also seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.He is Preceded in death by Wife Syvia Brewer,parents John and Mary Esther Brewer Brothers Don C., John Howard and Walter J Brewer. Sisters Irene Brown,Inez Mosley,Margaret Elizabeth Brewer.
