Vivian Forsee Harvey

Mrs. Vivian Forsee Harvey, age 76, of Waverly, TN, died at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN on May 12, 2009, following a stroke on Mother's Day. Mrs. Harvey was a member of the CPW and the Cumberland Valley Cumberland Presbyterian Church in McEwen, TN. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. She was born on November 18, 1932 in McEwen, TN to the late James Hudson and Rosetta Buchanan Forsee. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband; James Tilden "Tillie" Harvey in 2006, sister; Marie Woolverton, 2 brothers; Hoover Forsee and James "Buck" Forsee. Survivors include her daughter; Vickie Dowd (Gary), Franklin, TN, 3 brothers; Lonzo Forsee (Frances), Smyrna, TN, Clyde Forsee (Gloria), Bel-Alton, MD, Howard Forsee (Joyce), Dickson, TN, 2 sisters; Edna Mae Ross, McEwen, TN and Bertha Hooper (Sam), Bon Aqua, TN, 2 grandchildren; Kevin Dowd and Keith Dowd (Michelle), 2 great grandchildren; Elle Dowd and Luca Dowd. Visitation with the family will be Thursday, May 14, 2009 from 4-9PM and Friday May 15, 2009 from 1PM until funeral service time at 3PM at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Rev. Ray Mayo and Rev. Thomas Todd will be officiating with interment to follow in the Richlawn Cemetery in Waverly, TN.
