Mr Bennie Neil Moran

Mr. Bennie Neil Moran, age 58, of New Johnsonville, TN, died at his home on September 13, 2006, after fighting a courageous battle with cancer. Mr. Moran was born on February 12, 1948 in McEwen, TN to the late Hudey Mack and Elsie Mae Petty Moran. He was a self-employed carpenter, a member of the Waverly Cumberland Presbyterian Church, a U. S. Army Vietnam War veteran, and a member of the Woodmen of the World. Visitation will be from 6-9 PM Wednesday, September 13, 2006 and 10AM to 4PM Thursday at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Funeral services will be held at 4 PM Thursday, September 14, 2006 at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly with Rev. Richard Hughes officiating. Interment will follow in the Richlawn Cemetery in Waverly. Mr. Moran is survived by his wife, Marsha Carter Moran, New Johnsonville, TN, daughter, Janie Ellison (Wayne), Waverly, TN, grandchildren, Rachel and Quinton Cunningham and Emily Franks, brother, Bill Blade, Nashville, TN, sister, Edna Rumsey, Waverly, TN, in-laws, Marshall & Catherine Carter, Waverly, TN, 3 nieces and 1 nephew.
